Functions Terms & Conditions

• Please let us know if there any special dietary requirements
• The venue closes strictly at 24h00
• Cash Bar – No tabs
• 50% deposit with the proof of payment must be e-mailed to info@melanri.co.za  to confirm the booking
• The full bill must be paid with arrival or upfront
• No cheques accepted
• We are not self catering, no food or drinks will be allowed on the premises

Conference Terms & Conditions

Half day 

Include arrival coffee/ tea, water and mints on table, and a midmorning coffee/ tea with snack  

Half Day Conference MORNINGS - Arrival time from 07:00 Check Out 12:00  
Half Day Conference AFTERNOON - Arrival time from 14:00  Check Out 17:00

Full day

Include arrival coffee/ tea, water and mints on table, midmorning coffee/ tea with snack and an afternoon coffee/ tea with snack.

Full Day Arrival time from   07:00 – 09:00

Full Day Check out time at 17:00

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

• Any quotation will only be valid for 1 day
• Due to high demand, rooms will be given to the first confirmed paying customer
• 50% deposit with the proof of payment must be e-mailed to info@melanri.co.za  to confirm the booking
• The full accommodation bill must be paid with check in or upfront
• No cheques accepted
• Check in time from 12:00 – 18:00 if guest check in after 18h00 prior arrangements must be made
• Check out time at 10:00
• We are not self catering, no food or drinks will be allowed on the premises
• Cash bar available
• Lunch and dinner available on prior arrangement

Guesthouse Accommodation Rules
To ensure that all our guest enjoy the most comfortable stay at the House of Melanri, there is a few “house rules” that must be obeyed.

• Parking on own risk – please park in such a manner that there is enough space for other guests
• Check in time is 12:00 – 18:00
• Check out 10:00
• Breakfast 07:00 (unless other arrangements were made)
• Pre bookings for lunch and dinner (friends are welcome to join as your guests, please ensure that arrangements are made with the House of Melanri’s manager / chef)
• Guests that was not booked and paid for may NOT stay over in the rooms – if this is the case, full accommodation rate of the extra person will be added to the original room holders account 
• No Smoking inside the rooms & buildings
• A corkage fee will be asked for any wine or other alcoholic beverages that is brought on to the property
• No consumption of alcoholic beverages in the rooms
• No pets allowed
• Children may only swim under the supervision of their parents
• Please be so kind to ensure that your lights, air-conditioners and other electrical appliances are  switched off when you leave your rooms, this is an economical electricity usage initiative that the House of Melanri is trying to initiate
